		<description><![CDATA[This file splitter came crippled and only able to split files into 5 line blocks.  Absolutely useless, in other words.  What a waste of time downloading and testing this - I'm pretty pissed that this restriction wasn't clearly spelled out on the download page so I didn't spend my time finding this out.  In the end I went with a Unixy split program that worked, didn't need a license and didn't waste my valuable time!]]></description>
